Superstars, I know.
You get stressed out about laughing with me since I'm strong and buff in my laughter.
Remember, I started my daily laughter meditation for happiness training for my mind the same day as I committed to daily meditation for life, November 6th 2019.
Why did I commit to daily laughter?
I was angry with myself and didn't know why. I felt blue and depressed for no real reason.
I had anger issues and a short temper.
I wanted to hold myself accountable to keep meeting my daily goal of enjoying my life every moment.
When you come to my laughter yoga you'll start the joy adventure with me step by step.
It is just the same way as building a strong body and strong habits you can depend on will continue being your default routine when you're under stress.
