In the community you find a public channel named Seize the Training Day where I announce new content and say hello regularly and then private channels for you who are active subscribers. You access these with your membership!

Can I focus on watching Pauline's self care and self reflection lessons and keep training my body the way I like on my own?
Absolutely! The mind and self awareness is what you'll end up realizing is the 'trouble spot' and my passion is helping you find your true self and follow your heart. If you love your own training routine I want you to keep doing that, 100%.
Can I schedule a one on one coach call with Pauline? Can I have both one on one recurring coaching calls and be a subscriber to acccess all the content and the community?
Yes you can! You can request a slot with me as a valuable subscriber and you can also invest in one on one private coaching that is separate from the group meetings.
The community is the foundation and the continuous education won't end!
