In this video I squeeze in several minutes of laughter intervals.
I do that daily to keep my commitment to my optimize my emtional state.
The 10 min routine covers wellness, health & increased oxygen supply that makes me feel good.
You can follow along with my foam rolling, breathe with me and then laugh.

Why be sad when you can be happy?
Training how to laugh for no reason changes your mind.
It's like training biceps: you know curling will build strength, you just have to do it more than now and then.
The same is true about laughter training.
If you wish you were happy then stop waiting for happiness, instead train to feel the joy of life every day.

Why Laugh & Why Meditate?
Laughter is a body activity that promotes good health and reduces stress & tension.
Everyone says they love to laugh, but when it comes down to it very few do laugh daily!
The funniest jokes will not make you laugh for longer than a few seconds, and that's not long enough to promote the whole cascade of rejuvenating effects laughter has on mind and body!
The solution is to train laughter with dedication the same way you train to gain stronger muscles.
I'm a certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
I have my own own way of practicing Hasya Yoga, aka Laughter Meditation.
My unique LAUGH HIIT is interval training for a happy mind in a strong body.
I combine laughter with fitness in one workout, so it hits everything!
My Black Jack 21 Laugh Marathons are advanced meditations that I do for 21 minutes or more.
These longer meditations are tough, they require discipline and focus to do, but the ecstasy and bliss that kicks makes you want to keep going and going, trust me.
My laughter meditation come in various forms depending on what the purpose is. I love to combine strength training with laughter intervals for a complete mind & body workout.
Every Laughter meditation trainer has their own style, I look forward to keep developing mine with emphasis on building more physical strength & endurance into your meditation practice.
Why not just sit to meditate?
Seated meditation is great, but it doesn't work the muscles the way you do when you move!
I rather burn energy than get stiff from sitting in a lotus position.
Laughing as exercise is cardio training, so why not skip jogging and go laughing?
Being in the body more is easier when you train.
That's why I love Laughter combined with body strength training.
Laugh on Purpose so happiness happens
My whole life I always wanted to be happy.
Ever since I was a child I had it as my primary motivation, to be happy.
I loved making my friends laugh and held my standup comedy at school.
Fast forward to adulthood I realized that no matter what I achieved or accomplished, the happiness from it didn't last.
I got mad at myself for reaching my goals, living my dreams and still struggle with feeling sad, depressed and blue for no reason.
I was struggling with anger and I was mad at myself for not being happy every day, I had to sabotage for myself in order to reignite motivation to work for something, a new goal.
I knew deep down it wasn't right or healthy, and November 6th, 2019 I committed to daily meditation to simply be able to control my mood swings that affected my work and relationships.
This was the beginning to my transformation about my self, what I was about.
The same time I resarched laughter and the ancient wise minds' take on happiness, joy and how to be happy.
I decided to start laughing daily without having anything to laugh at.
Little did I know it would become my great passion, as great as my love for building the body with strength training and nutrition discipline.
To me, meditation is for the mind what bodybuilding is for the body.
I choose to train mind & body, and that is what the yoga lifestyle is all about.
