Fitness Challenge vs Fitness Life
I hosted Body transformation challenges for 11 years with no stop.
I offered time-based, day by day fitness programs.
It was very popular & successful! It rewarded me 1000s of before and after client testimonials.
So why did I quit?
I live the lifestyle. I preach what I practice.
There is no starting over day and no last workout to complete.
I seize the day, I seize the training day no matter what and I lead you that way.
Fitness Life keeps going, and the secret is to continue and find the way you enjoy the nature of eat, train, sleep, repeat.
To transform your body you must transform your mind.
I could not stand the marketing tactics and how it attracted short-term attentive clients, not clients truly interested in a real lifestyle transformation.
I got tired of giving my time to a diet culture and being involved in chasing body perfectionism, I did not care for hosting a body toxic practice.
I wanted to coach clients to train mind and body and build a great, long-lasting relationship to one Self.
To become one own's best friend.
That meant I left hosting Body Transformation challenges.
I did not want to keep feeding the YOYO diet and Fitness Body Look culture with dreams and hopes about 'one day look fit and have a perfect body'.
To me it was all about living the fit feeling rather than look fit.
And the irony is...when you focus on how you feel, you end up being the feeling.
What I do nowadays is exactly what my heart called me to do: coaching a lifestyle and teaching you who seek joy in the daily life practice to practice it happily with no intention to quit with me as your leader, motivator and coach,

Welcome to my 4-12-1 Mind & Body Program!
This workout plan is all about getting back to training and not overdo it.
I have 12 workouts for the body spread out with training days for the mind.
The goal is simply to seize the training day and not get overwhelmed.
This is the routine you can do and not feel defeated right away.
Do this:
Watch the video for the day and then you can make notes for yourself to try one move you see for one set only.
4-12-1 stands for 4 weeks of 12 workouts with one coach and one goal to strive to achieve: just show up!
My intention with the program is to have you embrace doing less and feel better, train smarter not just harder.

How to Film your Lifts
The 50 Lifts Form Check List
When did you have your lifts evaluated by a knowledgeable personal trainer or a real fitness coach?

I upload more than basic 'how to', I film lessons based on what my VIP clients share with me on our form check calls.
It's very important to observe your own techniques to prevent injuries, to get past plateaus and to maximize results.
My clients film 30 seconds film clips one by one, there’s no rush or stress involved.
It can be frustrating to fit into the frame no matter how you mount the phone, but with practice and setting up a film stage you’ll be able to work it like a professional fitness movie star!
My tips for self recording your lifts without needing anyone else to do the filming which of course is easier:
1. Buy a little camera stand on amazon so you can mount the camera instead of leaning the camera onto a dumbbell.
2. Invest in a bluetooth clicker so you can hit record and stop without the need to edit out the time it takes to walk back and forth etc.
3. For standing moves like squats, deadlifts, shoulder press and incline bench work you can use the vertical camera mode without cropping out half your body in the movement.
4. For exercises that are horizontal, use that ‘movie’ format.
5. For exercises that require a lot of camera width and height to keep you in frame use the wide lens camera setting instead of selfie mode.
Before you record check the whole ‘film scene’ so you KNOW that unless you leave the area you’ll end up in the shot.
6. If you're filming for a coach to evaluate your movement, save the 30 second videos to your camera roll and upload them one by one. You don’t need to name them for me, I see what you’re doing.
If you're filming to review by yourself make sure you know what you're looking so you don't miss critical errors you're unaware of.
You're filming your training to train smarter, not to have a reason to criticize your body appearance. Keep in mind this is what a professional athlete does to improve, so you're in good company!
I know it can feel like it’s too much work, but trust me you’ll be so happy you did check your forms, it’ll give you more confidence in the gym that you’re know what you’re doing AND help you build more muscle!

Volume training stimulates muscle gain and the more you move the more energy you expend.
As a rule of thumb, MORE work means MORE results when you want to GAIN muscle mass AND get LEAN.
Within 20 minutes all you have to do is get the reps in no matter what and then try to beat your own best time without losing form.
In order to progress and build more muscle follow these guidelines:
Your first workout sets the tone and establishes a baseline for you.
Complete 1000 reps with proper form in 20 minutes or less as goal.
If you can't do 1000 reps in 20 minutes, follow me in doing all reps and then check the time it took, now beat your personal best.
Load the reps as heavy as you can without slowing down to the extent you won't make the 1000 reps in 20 minutes.
If you can complete 1000 reps with '1 lb' now make the goal to do 100 reps of 1000 with 1.5 lbs and then keep adding resistance to more and more reps.
