There are tons of different training programs, follow along, watch to learn, advanced moves to implement into your workout sessions, and with new workouts uploading weekly it's impossible for me your trainer to add detailed descriptions on each program!
The importance for building muscle mass is to choose a workout, then do it for more than one time! One time might be fun, but it's by repetition you gain. The first workout serves as your baseline, now your goal is to exceed your level by adding more reps, more weight, more time under tension, more sets and add more volume over time.
To just scoot around between workouts and never repeat them is inefficient. How will you compare without taking note of sessions? Slow yourself down, pick 1-3 sessions and start working it for 2-4 weeks.
I’m working on the backend of Uscreen to have the best descriptions, but I want you to know to me the priority is to seize the training day, not live in the past writing up about the program of the past!

Most Iron Eagles are very experienced, not rookies, hence the content is primarily for you who've been training for a long time.
You can watch what I do and take notes and use in your workouts too. There’s no wrong way! The importance is to Seize the Day, day after day, without procrastination or delay!
It's good to take note of your sets, reps and resistance used, but it can definitely become a killer of fitness joy if you do it all the time.
I rely on my memory in my training, I take note of my most important lifts to compare sessions to sessions.
Some times I have no interest, or no time, and then I simply skip doing it.
I refuse to live my life taking notes of all I do when I want to LIVE the LIFE today!
I feel so amazing knowing I can trust the feeling and effort I put in in my training, I recommend you start relying your self knowledge you too!
So, when you are burnt out from having to write down things that won't stop being your daily chore, skip all writing and just go at it for the day. That’s the beauty of not being married to a stuck plan, if it doesn’t work out what to do?
My workouts in video are more “today” not a plan that is likely done no issues for months at a time.
You can just add the workouts up to be your routines.

Bodybuilding routines are various, you want to periodize them to have the best results.
All workout styles get stale after time doing them, you need to get accustomed to keep yourself in tune with your body's feedback!
You might want to try a full body routine and do it 3 times a week, then try upper and lower body sessions, fo those 4-6 days a week, then you might want to split into body parts to give each part more volume..Then you'll have need for deload, reducing your volume to prevent overtraining, burnout and injuries..If you want to get leaner it is beneficial to train more often and hit all muscle groups more often to simply use up more energy, however if you overdo it you won't be able to keep up... As you can see you must embrace the way of fitness life to be a dance...you go with the flow and give up wanting to know your whole future in 'what am I gonna do in 3 months, 3 years, 10 years from now, and you stay in the moment focus on seizing the training day today!
