For me as coach I can help many more by having this structure and it helps clients succeed by reducing pressure from trying to keep up with others, or training beyond what your body or life allows.
I rather listen to your needs and share an appropriate program for you than to just send you a long list of fitness transformation books. You won't know what to pick, or how to implement it into your training routine, so then we are back to square one.

Can you tell me about your VIP coaching & Nutrition consultations?
Absolutely!
First we schedule our meeting and then we meet on time.
We meet me on WhatsApp or ZOOM for a private 30 min meeting for us to connect.
The video call is 100% stress free, no pressure or expectations from me.
During our first call I'll listen to you with my full attention to YOU.
You'll have the opportunity to ask me about nutrition, strength training, mindset, health and wellness, so I can give you my thoughts and guidance.
Based on the information you share with me I give you my take on a suitable coaching program or VIP plan for you to consider.
Typically clients come to me for creating a real nutrition plan that produces results, usually clients want to get stronger and achieve greater muscle definition.
So what we do together is having a conversation about your nutrition habits!
This is not a case of sending over your macros in a diet app to me so I can analyze it and find out the cause for lack of visible body results.
Guess why I don't start with this typical nutritionist coaching protocol?
I don't need it to see what is the easiest way with least amount of work to produce real body transformative results.
As your coach I help you simplify your diet and guide you in reducing overwhelming macro tracking and diet journaling.
This habit does not last, and it builds up a very limited perception of nutrition.
If you think about it, how long have you been training yourself to count everything and track your meals, make sure you hit a perfect macro split?
My clients come in with years of doing exactly this, one coach after another who tells them to do the exact same thing.
My clients come to me feeling defeated and discouraged, as if something is wrong with you for not being able to focus and stay accountable with your diet.
My clients are told to start over, try one more time, follow the protocol to a T and you WILL get results.
My clients end up depressed and feeling worthless for not doing what you're told to do.
Here's the thing you might not be aware of: everyone is terrified about losing control and regain all the body fat you lost.
Keeping up tracking macros and a detailed food journal seems like the bullet proof system to get in shape.
My clients usually tell me how they got in fitness competition shape tracking their diet and never slip or stray from the plan.
My clients show before and after collages to assure me they're not fools who are telling me a story about having completed a real fitness transformation.

Why? It does not fix the diet problem.
You don't need another round of daily tracking macros and weigh up every little thing you eat.
You need to take the time to build up a healthy relationship with nutrition, your body and your self.

What happens after the initial consultation?
Most clients sign up for my Fighterdiet Academy to tune in to my lessons that will give you a lot of diet epiphanies.
Clients who realize this is an investment in your wellbeing and your self-relationship go for a VIP coaching package to get the support, help and accountability necessary to change your body and your life.
My VIP coaching bundle I offer clients who identify with what I wrote here sign up for a weekly call or biweekly call for 3-6 months commitment.

Most clients choose to continue with biweekly coach calls to keep up the good work and avoid falling back to old habits.
Over time my clients and I meet once a month and this is how we build that long lasting friendship that is the best part. You are not alone, you have someone who cares about you, who pays attention to you and supports you.

I want you to be my personal trainer online. How does it work?
First we meet for a 30 min personal training consultation on ZOOM or WhatsApp.
During our meeting you share about your fitness goals, inform me about physical restrictions, medical conditions I need to be aware of, your injuries, time limitations etc.
Depending on your training focus, main fitness areas of interest and your strength training experience we start with a form check protocol!
You set up your phone so I can observe how you execute the exercises you use in your workout program.
Now I can see what we need to pay attention to for greater results, getting past muscle strength stagnation or adjust your training technique to avoid pain, heal from injuries or simply evolve your way of training for your body life you live here and now!
My 50 Form Check Lift List is a popular Personal Training Program I offer VIP clients that covers all the greatest muscle building exercises. Read more about it in the next FAQ.
I also coach clients live.
I show the exercise, you copy it and then I monitor and coach you hands on just like I do with personal clients in person.
This enables you to train with me anywhere in the world without leaving your home gym or training location!
It's such a freedom to be able to stay where you are and still have the option to join my remote VIP personal training.
Can I book a series of Form Checks with Pauline to help me build a strong body? I'm over 50 and have pains and aches. Am I too old?
You're never too old to lift like a pro!
I'm glad you're open to learn how to train without pain and open to revisit your training techniques. You'll be happy to realize you'll gain more than when you were younger simply by training with excellent form, not sloppy ego style.
This is how I usually coach the 50 Lifts Form Check List:
It works like this:
We pick out 25 lifts we do a baseline form check on first.
Then you practice the lift for our upcoming session.
I check your second round of lift and then we move on to the next one to complete all 25 exercises.
The VIP Personal Training Bundle

12 x @30 min training sessions
My bundle of 12 x @30 min VIP personal training sessions will cover 2 lifts we focus on each 30 min session.
Example: Squats and dumbbell rows for our first session. We practice and then the next session we check those two exercises again.
After that we pick the next two exercises for you to practice, and then we meet for the next session to check those off too.
It's utmost common that you need to repeat many of the lifts more than once, but this is just for getting a real good check up for your lifting technique.
