“I look forward to my workout! I can’t wait to train!”

That’s the way I live my fitness life.

I remember when I realized I train mainly for an outcome, I THOUGHT I truly loved the way of life with all my heart.

But every time I got into the best lean and strong shape I lost motivation!

Maintaining my well built physique wasn’t as rewarding as I had always envisioned.

Nowadays I know the difference between working for a look more than for the feeling.

I never do “just gotta do it” anymore.

I motivate myself to want to do it.

I want to be doing it, and no stupid complaining about the training I CHOOSE to do!

It’s a mindset thing.

It has to feel good, it has to do me good or I simply know it’s waste of life time spent on something I could change to excite me and draw me into the doing over and over.

I’m disciplined, I do what I do out of freedom, but I’ve learned that I have to be open to letting myself evolve to accept what I thought I wanted isn’t what I want anymore.

My fitness goals today?

I always want to build lean muscle, keep my cardio capacity, keep practicing my mobility and strength training technique like an athlete, but in all that daily life I must enjoy every part of it.

And that’s the only true goal I have, to seize the training day of life every day!

Superstars, stop saying you’re feeling fluffy, bloated, swollen.

That story never ends with a happy self does it?

Change your chronic criticism of your body, it’s time to shift focus and live fitness life without the constant complaining about a perfectly normal healthy body.

Are you a body or do you have a body?

I remember that thought challenge in high school when I was studying the history of Western Philosophy.

Without a physical body I’d not have any vehicle or a vessel for whatever I call that form of being, pure energy, consciousness, spirit or soul.

P.C Jersild’s book about the brain living in a water tank and its reflections on life comes to mind.

Unless I missed the news, they still haven’t found a physical location of the mind that masters the body.

So…I like to entertain the idea that I am forever, not at all as ‘Pauline with her memories, attachments, history, organs, dreams etc’ but more like how everything that lives in Nature must die to be born again, the way the leaves under the tree turn into new soil, the composting style, that will be my way too.

In my fitness life I had goals to achieve, I wanted to create a well-built physique, and then maintain that for ever.

Arnold on a cover of Muscle & Fitness that caught my attention Feb 20, 1999 was the inspiration, before him I had no idea I could train to build my dream body by hard work, discipline & dedication.

That drew me into my life commitment to the way of life we live building the strong body.

Today, my perspective is ‘a well built MIND’ is a status symbol, rather than in my quote ‘a well built PHYSIQUE’.

Because when you truly master your mind you’ll master your body.

And to transform your physical body you must be willing to transform your mind.

Imagine what you can create out of your laser focus if you give yourself the time to build BODY AND the MIND.

Dreams and goals evolve, fitness goals too, so ask your heart, WHAT DO I WANT, then GO FOR IT.

Nordin shared a personal reflection on fitness and motivation, discussing how weather and external conditions don't determine their commitment to training.

She described her journey from seeking perfect pre-workout formulas to understanding that consistent effort, rather than perfect conditions, leads to long-term success.

Nordin emphasized the importance of showing up consistently, even when motivation is low, and shared how she's learned to balance training with rest and recovery without falling into patterns of self-sabotage.

She concluded by expressing gratitude for her ability to maintain a consistent fitness routine over 27 years, emphasizing that the journey is more important than the destination and that daily progress, rather than perfect outcomes, is what truly matters.

Consistent Fitness Amid Challenges

Nordin reflects on her fitness journey, emphasizing the importance of staying motivated despite challenging weather conditions and personal memories. She realizes that her motivation is about proving to herself that she can maintain her fitness routine regardless of external factors, rather than relying on external motivators like pre-workout formulas. Nordin concludes that the key to overcoming her fitness depression is to focus on showing up consistently, regardless of her surroundings.

Balanced Motivation and Body Image

Nordin discussed her personal journey with motivation and body image, revealing that she intentionally maintains a low level of motivation to avoid the pressure of returning to a previous unhealthy state. She explained that in the past, she would sabotage her progress to regain inspiration, but has since learned to maintain a balanced and happy relationship with her body without the need for extreme changes.

Staying Fit Despite Lack of Motivation

Nordin discussed the importance of maintaining physical fitness and mental well-being through regular exercise, despite a lack of motivation. She emphasized the need to challenge herself physically to prevent muscle atrophy and maintain mobility, rather than relying on external factors like weather for motivation. Nordin acknowledged that while she enjoys her workouts, she understands the necessity of consistent effort to build strength and discipline.

Balancing Fitness and Realistic Expectations

Nordin discussed her personal journey of maintaining fitness and mental focus, sharing her experience of balancing dedication with realistic expectations.

She emphasized the importance of consistent effort without being overly focused on outcomes, acknowledging that perfection isn't necessary and adapting to changes is crucial. Nordin expressed gratitude for her ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite occasional challenges, highlighting that feeling good in the present moment is more important than achieving specific goals.

Embracing Daily Progress in Coaching

Nordin discussed the challenges of coaching and emphasized the importance of focusing on daily actions like healthy eating and consistent training rather than setting unattainable body progress goals.

She shared her personal journey of shifting from a critical mindset to finding motivation in the process of training and building strength, highlighting her satisfaction with her progress this year.

Still looking for the perfect preworkout to keep you going?…

Hello 2026!

It’s January 1.

I wonder if you remember back in the days when there was no big social media platforms, instead we had message boards you joined to interact with likeminded people.

I was a member at muscle mayhem around 2002-2004, then it was bodybuilding. Com.

I was a contributor as writer there sharing my fitness programs.

Fast forward to today, I want to build that kind of private community that is independent from having to spend time on public online places like facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

I want deeper connection and more empowering exchange of life reflection, and show up to stay in touch with my chosen friends in fitness life.

I absolutely love my work as trainer and coach, I love to focus on creating new programs for my enrolled clients, host events and bring fun and excitement to MY fitness oasis.

Beyond that it’s just exhausting and stressful to keep up entertaining or educating people who aren’t committed to my way of life, who are just there to scroll and consume content.

My days as fitness girl with something to prove to the rest are gone, posting to get attention about my strong body isn’t fulfilling anymore.

I want to share about what I’m interested in and provide my presence to lead, motivate and keep going without having to post in public that much.

I want to meet on zoom and keep my community who WANT to BE here with me, invite to form check events on weekends and provide regular meetings and classes covering all FighterDiet is as a lifestyle.

I love my solitude life, I love not having to get up early to sit in makeup to be on TV, I love how I spend my days every day.

I love all that normal routind stuff, the daily fitness life practice, I look forward to my dinner and dessert every day!

I love working on myself, meditate, read, take care of my body, staying present and focus on here and now.

Fitness goals of mine vary, sometimes I train hard sometimes I don’t. And having peace of mind in that is bliss!

I am lucky to have health, to be able to go train to gain muscle, I am fortunate to enjoy the small things I cherish that many take for granted.

I love having a stress free, non performance demanding life. I love to live my life my way for me.

In the end of the day every day I want to feel it was a good day and being happy to just be.

Today my cat Ram & I celebrate 5 years together, he was 11 when we met at the shelter in Los Angeles.

He chose to poop on the Turkish tug to express his love. 😂

It’s time to resume my fitness training routine, off I go to the stair master.

HAPPY 2026 To you all!

❤️

Hope to see you tomorrow on zoom at 9 am edt!
