Everyone eats breakfast: you just forget it means break the fast.

From the last meal to the next you're fasting.

I fast between 9 am and 7 pm.

I eat breakfast before bed.

When do YOU eat breakfast?

Are you a sparrow, a cat or a gluttonous pig?

Do you prefer a small, medium or big breakfast?

And when...? At night? In the morning? In the afternoon?

Happy New week Superstars,

Enroll in my Strength Training School!

I'd like for you all to watch this squat and deadlift video tutorial for upcoming form checks!

If you have me on whatsapp and upload a short video in a DM I can send you my feedback!

Isn't it wonderful when you know what to do in your training program?

Instead of standing there in the middle of the room or gym without a plan, feeling stranded and lost, here is my recommended training day practice to focus on for the week.

I know my clients and I communicate consistently with you to assure you keep up training without wasting time or get distracted.

Real training life requires dedication to a program, it is not wise to randomly pick a fun workout out from a collection if you have goals or want to make progress with your fitness training routine.

In my work as your online personal trainer and coach I've noticed that you need more leadership and guidance for productive training.

My Training Practice of the Week is designed to promote a more consistent training plan based on repetition and continuing the training program instead of getting sidetracked.

After your refeed, treat day or cheat day it can be tough to get back to your defeed routine. You get hit by diet rebellion!

After time on a good healthy eating routine you can easily fall off the path by a few unplanned cheat meals.

On my client calls we often talk about how to enjoy the defeed routine so much you'll thrive instead of sabotaging yourself with poor food choices.

The return to defeed 2 refeed routine requires practice and a change of mindset.

The key is to master moderation and to include your moderations regularly, waiting too long makes you fall for temptations instead of scheduling them!
