Happy new year to you!

There won't be a noisy crowd, I have focus mode on ZOOM so all my clients can skip feeling overwhelmed or stressed out by other participants.

Around this time last year I hosted my last new years fitness transformation challenge.

I wanted to evolve the format to reflect what I was always about: teaching the healthy, happy fitness practice the way I live it out all seasons of life. 

I have no interest or energy to waste on adding fears of failure to anyone’s mind.

I like to live my daily life for myself, according to my own heart. 

I love to train, eat, read, spend time in nature, listen to music and just be grateful to be here to enjoy today.

What's 1000 reps in a workout...? Just do one at a time...!

This program features routines with one single focus to seize the training day.

The challenge is mental and physical. Do you have what it takes to keep going?

Follow along as I keep finding my way to make it happen.

In this collection I cover sessions you need to succeed:

I get more out of coaching than I care for flexing.

Models pursue acting.

Movie actors pursue Film Directing.

It’s the natural way of self evolution.

It’s more rewarding to raise talent than it is to be one.

It’s more exciting to elevate others than it is to be THE STAR.

I’m a deviant in diet culture: I made it my life goal to solve the DIET problem, I made it the diet PROGRAM.

I remember that moment of clarity about 10 years ago when I realized there was no true goal to help people find a healthy happy way of life.

I was naive, I really thought I had the solution for obesity and now Fighterdiet would be THE LAST DIET, the antidote to the diet industry.

It was hard to accept that this problem was a great one to keep forever, people didn’t want to commit to their own health, and providers would keep handing out dreams….dreams of success nobody really wanted to turn into reality…

This turned me into meditation for life.

November 6, 2019. 

I had to find a way to manage my anger with knowing ‘all is the way it is, nothing to fix, just do your role, hand out a diet plan let people fall off and restart for ever without finding what they believe they want: balance, happiness, Self acceptance, peace and quality of life’…

I am a misfit in Fitness Life because I care more about the PERSON’s fit FEELING than a Person’s fit LOOKS.

I’m also an outsider in Wellness, Meditation & Yoga circles because my body appears too muscular, too ‘extreme’.

Every yogi wants a ‘toned’ mindset ‘guru’ to tune in to, not a buff one without feminine energy…

I should hide what my MIND MASTERED to bring my Strong BODY into Manifestation in order to be accepted, someone who’s got a tiny little bit of insights into body and mind transformation, self actualization & self realization.

2026 is my 27th year of consistent dedication to my body and mind building life journey. I’m just getting started.

I coach Body AND Mind. 

Happiness , Simplifying your Fitness life & becoming your own best friend is my special combination in coaching.

You’ll just end up having a strong body as a bonus, since we use the strength training as our instrument to shape our MIND that shapes the BODY.

I love my life more than spending it on tracking MACROS!

I don't want to live like a typical fitness competitor on a diet plan to get lean for a competition, why do that when I can LIVE the FEELING and maintain my fitness body without that time waste?

 Life's so much MORE GRAND learning nutrition for muscle and health then stop tracking less and less, live MORE.

It's a turn off for me to be ultra focused on meal prep, weighing up, counting and tracking JUST to feel unsure if I'm correct or ideal enough.

I would hate to go back on over journaling to get lean.

I learned how to be free from self sabotage and I don't want to spend time on having to be in diet mode!

I can trust myself, I don't live in fears of my own cravings or if I'm going to revert back and get fat.

I love the simple way of being able to trust myself and enjoy my diet the way it will last for life.
