SUPERSTARS!!!
I love you!
Quick recap by ZOOM from my FDX Friday live session!
Oh superstars! I had some technical challenges during the live recording with trying to get you in from waiting room, set up FOCUS mode etc, BUT I DID manage to record it and upload it so YOU and I can spend the time together!
I'm signing off for the weekend but before I DO, I LOVE doing this with you!!
Just hit subscribe and you'll join my FDX community with regular workouts and sessions with me!
Here's the recap from ZOOM:
Nordin led a comprehensive fitness session that combined laughter exercises, foam rolling, and a full-body warm-up routine to improve mood, mobility, and flexibility.
The session included detailed demonstrations of targeted stretches and massages for various muscle groups, with emphasis on proper technique and consistency.
The workout concluded with a meditation session focused on breathing and pelvic floor exercises, highlighting the holistic approach to fitness that enhances both physical strength and mental well-being.
Guided Wellness Workout Session:
Nordin led a guided workout session that included a 45-minute routine consisting of laughing intervals, foam rolling, a full-body warm-up, and a humming meditation. She emphasized the importance of warming up properly and explained that the laughing intervals were designed to boost mood and reduce stress. Despite some technical difficulties with the meeting platform, Nordin attempted to adjust her settings to improve the participant experience.
Laughter and Mobility Fitness Session:
Nordin led a fitness session focused on laughter and mobility exercises. She began with a 30-second laughing exercise in three sets, emphasizing the meditative benefits and the ability to self-induce happiness. Following this, she introduced foam rolling as a method to improve mobility and massage the body. Nordin encouraged participants to stay warm and maintain a systematic approach while performing the exercises.
Comprehensive Hip Flexibility Warm-Up:
Nordin demonstrated a comprehensive warm-up routine focusing on hip flexibility, muscle activation, and range of motion. The routine included targeted stretches and massages for the hips, legs, glutes, back, arms, and shoulders, with specific emphasis on preventing stiffness and preparing the body for exercise. Nordin counted out each stroke or repetition aloud to ensure consistency and shared that she often modifies the routine based on individual needs and feedback.
Comprehensive Mobility and Flexibility Routine:
Nordin demonstrated a comprehensive mobility and flexibility routine, including exercises for knees, elbows, shoulders, hamstrings, calves, and triceps, using various props like chairs and a roller. She emphasized the importance of maintaining mobility and flexibility for overall health and strength, particularly as one ages.
The routine concluded with a 5-minute meditation session focused on deep breathing and pelvic floor contractions. Nordin expressed her passion for fitness as a holistic practice that enhances both physical strength and mental well-being.

Nordin shared a personal reflection on fitness and motivation, discussing how weather and external conditions don't determine their commitment to training.
She described her journey from seeking perfect pre-workout formulas to understanding that consistent effort, rather than perfect conditions, leads to long-term success.
Nordin emphasized the importance of showing up consistently, even when motivation is low, and shared how she's learned to balance training with rest and recovery without falling into patterns of self-sabotage.
She concluded by expressing gratitude for her ability to maintain a consistent fitness routine over 27 years, emphasizing that the journey is more important than the destination and that daily progress, rather than perfect outcomes, is what truly matters.
Consistent Fitness Amid Challenges
Nordin reflects on her fitness journey, emphasizing the importance of staying motivated despite challenging weather conditions and personal memories. She realizes that her motivation is about proving to herself that she can maintain her fitness routine regardless of external factors, rather than relying on external motivators like pre-workout formulas. Nordin concludes that the key to overcoming her fitness depression is to focus on showing up consistently, regardless of her surroundings.
Balanced Motivation and Body Image
Nordin discussed her personal journey with motivation and body image, revealing that she intentionally maintains a low level of motivation to avoid the pressure of returning to a previous unhealthy state. She explained that in the past, she would sabotage her progress to regain inspiration, but has since learned to maintain a balanced and happy relationship with her body without the need for extreme changes.
Staying Fit Despite Lack of Motivation
Nordin discussed the importance of maintaining physical fitness and mental well-being through regular exercise, despite a lack of motivation. She emphasized the need to challenge herself physically to prevent muscle atrophy and maintain mobility, rather than relying on external factors like weather for motivation. Nordin acknowledged that while she enjoys her workouts, she understands the necessity of consistent effort to build strength and discipline.
Balancing Fitness and Realistic Expectations
Nordin discussed her personal journey of maintaining fitness and mental focus, sharing her experience of balancing dedication with realistic expectations.
She emphasized the importance of consistent effort without being overly focused on outcomes, acknowledging that perfection isn't necessary and adapting to changes is crucial. Nordin expressed gratitude for her ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite occasional challenges, highlighting that feeling good in the present moment is more important than achieving specific goals.
Embracing Daily Progress in Coaching
Nordin discussed the challenges of coaching and emphasized the importance of focusing on daily actions like healthy eating and consistent training rather than setting unattainable body progress goals.
She shared her personal journey of shifting from a critical mindset to finding motivation in the process of training and building strength, highlighting her satisfaction with her progress this year.
Still looking for the perfect preworkout to keep you going?…
Watch my 10 min of self reflection about Discipline and Dedication in Self-Growth.
Nordin discussed the importance of discipline and dedication in personal growth, emphasizing the value of consistent effort over instant gratification.
She expressed gratitude for caring enough to make herself proud and for viewing her abilities as a privilege.
Nordin emphasized the significance of taking action in the present rather than postponing efforts for a later time.

Hello 2026!
It’s January 1.
I wonder if you remember back in the days when there was no big social media platforms, instead we had message boards you joined to interact with likeminded people.
I was a member at muscle mayhem around 2002-2004, then it was bodybuilding. Com.
I was a contributor as writer there sharing my fitness programs.
Fast forward to today, I want to build that kind of private community that is independent from having to spend time on public online places like facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
I want deeper connection and more empowering exchange of life reflection, and show up to stay in touch with my chosen friends in fitness life.
I absolutely love my work as trainer and coach, I love to focus on creating new programs for my enrolled clients, host events and bring fun and excitement to MY fitness oasis.
Beyond that it’s just exhausting and stressful to keep up entertaining or educating people who aren’t committed to my way of life, who are just there to scroll and consume content.
My days as fitness girl with something to prove to the rest are gone, posting to get attention about my strong body isn’t fulfilling anymore.
I want to share about what I’m interested in and provide my presence to lead, motivate and keep going without having to post in public that much.
I want to meet on zoom and keep my community who WANT to BE here with me, invite to form check events on weekends and provide regular meetings and classes covering all FighterDiet is as a lifestyle.
I love my solitude life, I love not having to get up early to sit in makeup to be on TV, I love how I spend my days every day.
I love all that normal routind stuff, the daily fitness life practice, I look forward to my dinner and dessert every day!
I love working on myself, meditate, read, take care of my body, staying present and focus on here and now.
Fitness goals of mine vary, sometimes I train hard sometimes I don’t. And having peace of mind in that is bliss!
I am lucky to have health, to be able to go train to gain muscle, I am fortunate to enjoy the small things I cherish that many take for granted.
I love having a stress free, non performance demanding life. I love to live my life my way for me.
In the end of the day every day I want to feel it was a good day and being happy to just be.
Today my cat Ram & I celebrate 5 years together, he was 11 when we met at the shelter in Los Angeles.
He chose to poop on the Turkish tug to express his love. 😂
It’s time to resume my fitness training routine, off I go to the stair master.
HAPPY 2026 To you all!
❤️
Hope to see you tomorrow on zoom at 9 am edt!

Hello superstars!
Happy new year to you!
Come spend a moment of happy healthy fitness life with me on ZOOM!
There won't be a noisy crowd, I have focus mode on ZOOM so all my clients can skip feeling overwhelmed or stressed out by other participants.
Around this time last year I hosted my last new years fitness transformation challenge.
I wanted to evolve the format to reflect what I was always about: teaching the healthy, happy fitness practice the way I live it out all seasons of life.
I have no interest or energy to waste on adding fears of failure to anyone’s mind.
I like to live my daily life for myself, according to my own heart.
I love to train, eat, read, spend time in nature, listen to music and just be grateful to be here to enjoy today.
So…if you feel that’s what you want too, come spend a moment with me.
I’m inviting you to a STRESS FREE start of 2026 this Friday.
Instead of feeling anxious and overwhelmed I choose to enjoy more peace of mind.
If you’re like me you’ll need to move and mobilize your body to prep for a new season of fitness life.
I have muscle mass I want to gain, cardio I want to do and have nothing but real happiness in doing it!
I’d love to have you come spend a session where I guide you through my daily practice of HIIT laugh, move, mobilize with humming yoga nidra meditation in the end.
Let’s seize the training day together!
Join my live zoom class to move the body and still the mind!
In this class we’ll start with my HIIT laugh routine, then we mobilize the body, strengthen the glutes & core and finish with humming yoga Nidra meditation!
Join me this Friday January 2 @ 9 am EDT free for all my subscribers to my FDX Fitness Life at Fighterdiet.com
All my love to YOU!

What's 1000 reps in a workout...? Just do one at a time...!
This program features routines with one single focus to seize the training day.
The challenge is mental and physical. Do you have what it takes to keep going?
Follow along as I keep finding my way to make it happen.
In this collection I cover sessions you need to succeed:
Lower body stretch
Upper body stretch
Warmup routines
Action paralysis sessions
Self care work for stiff hips
Shoulder rehab prehab you'll need sooner or later in fitness life!
When you commit to this program remember the task is to build up training tolerance and increase training volume to build strong muscles.
The first time you try any of the 1000 reps 2 die routines you set the baseline for where you're at right now.
The second time you do the workout you choose you compare yourself to your previous workout.
The third time you'll notice you're already stronger and more resilient!
This program builds a strong mind and a strong body!
You build accountability, you don't quit when it gets tough, you keep going!
With 100 reps 2 die you'll burn calories, build strength and stamina and you'll feel empowered witnessing your own discipline & dedication!
My FD8 Fortitude Fitness challenge book program is included with 100 reps 2 die.
Read it, study it, pick out a healthy Fighterdiet meal plan and start practicing daily journaling of body & mind.
Check it out!

I get more out of coaching than I care for flexing.
Models pursue acting.
Movie actors pursue Film Directing.
It’s the natural way of self evolution.
It’s more rewarding to raise talent than it is to be one.
It’s more exciting to elevate others than it is to be THE STAR.
I’m a deviant in diet culture: I made it my life goal to solve the DIET problem, I made it the diet PROGRAM.
I remember that moment of clarity about 10 years ago when I realized there was no true goal to help people find a healthy happy way of life.
I was naive, I really thought I had the solution for obesity and now Fighterdiet would be THE LAST DIET, the antidote to the diet industry.
It was hard to accept that this problem was a great one to keep forever, people didn’t want to commit to their own health, and providers would keep handing out dreams….dreams of success nobody really wanted to turn into reality…
This turned me into meditation for life.
November 6, 2019.
I had to find a way to manage my anger with knowing ‘all is the way it is, nothing to fix, just do your role, hand out a diet plan let people fall off and restart for ever without finding what they believe they want: balance, happiness, Self acceptance, peace and quality of life’…
I am a misfit in Fitness Life because I care more about the PERSON’s fit FEELING than a Person’s fit LOOKS.
I’m also an outsider in Wellness, Meditation & Yoga circles because my body appears too muscular, too ‘extreme’.
Every yogi wants a ‘toned’ mindset ‘guru’ to tune in to, not a buff one without feminine energy…
I should hide what my MIND MASTERED to bring my Strong BODY into Manifestation in order to be accepted, someone who’s got a tiny little bit of insights into body and mind transformation, self actualization & self realization.
2026 is my 27th year of consistent dedication to my body and mind building life journey. I’m just getting started.
I coach Body AND Mind.
Happiness , Simplifying your Fitness life & becoming your own best friend is my special combination in coaching.
You’ll just end up having a strong body as a bonus, since we use the strength training as our instrument to shape our MIND that shapes the BODY.
