Fighterdiet Warriors & Iron Eagles in Training,

Come join my xmas meeting on Zoom!

2025 is coming to an end and SO MUCH have changed!

I lost My Fighterdiet community on facebook to hackers, this is where YOU were enrolled in my Fighterdiet challenge programs for Body Transformation.

I lost my website pages for joining and signing up to the Fighterdiet challenge to hackers too.

And then, I got suspended on Facebook and Messenger for unknown reasons, all my one on one fitness clients I coach could no longer communicate with their coach and fitness trainer Pauline.

NOW I’m building a NEW community for YOU and I to stay connected, enjoy our fitness training together, practice my Defeed 2 Refeed Get Lean Routine together, all THAT we did on Facebook but on ZOOM instead of on FACEBOOK.

In 2020 I started hosting ZOOM meetings to keep you motivated and engaged, these weekly sessions were GOLD for your nutrition compliance and strength training progress!

So NOW, you who are enrolled in my YEARLY membership are welcome to start 2026 with me to build muscle burn fat with me as your fitness coach on ZOOM.

Wouldn’t it be NICE to have a weekly opportunity to come get motivated for fitness and meet your coach?

It's no mandatory meetings, just a perk to have a path to direct access to come meet me talk to me and get support!

My Xmas ZOOM invitation will go out to YOU who are signed up so CHECK your INBOX, it’ll say from PAULINE NORDIN & Fighterdiet.com

I love my life more than spending it on tracking MACROS!

I don't want to live like a typical fitness competitor on a diet plan to get lean for a competition, why do that when I can LIVE the FEELING and maintain my fitness body without that time waste?

Life's so much MORE GRAND learning nutrition for muscle and health then stop tracking less and less, live MORE.

It's a turn off for me to be ultra focused on meal prep, weighing up, counting and tracking JUST to feel unsure if I'm correct or ideal enough.

I would hate to go back on over journaling to get lean.

I learned how to be free from self sabotage and I don't want to spend time on having to be in diet mode!

I can trust myself, I don't live in fears of my own cravings or if I'm going to revert back and get fat.

I love the simple way of being able to trust myself and enjoy my diet the way it will last for life.

Hello Superstars!

Happy Saturday!

It's cold in Sweden, it's snowing and I walk around in flip flips on spite!

I'd love to take the time to thank you for being here and keeping up the good healthy fitness life routine throughout the holiday season.

It's thanksgiving on Thursday, it's nothing we celebrate in Sweden but as an American I do!

10 things I'm grateful for:

  1. My body and health

  2. My family

  3. Having healthy food and being able to eat well

  4. Hot water! Thank GOD for being able to use warm water for showers

  5. My shoes and the SUPER THICK coat my sister gave me, just need to take it to the tailor for fixing a broken zipper!

  6. My CAT and that he's healthy and HERE with me

  7. All YOU my clients who come to train and share about our training together on social media, it keeps me in business.

  8. Every day there's no DRAMA and I can KEEP GOING

  9. Having passion in life, having interests and hobbies

  10. For Meditation and being my own best friend so I care about my wellbeing and give myself love, care and understanding.

I hope you all feel good right now and if you're worried, stressed out or feeling completely overwhelmed, it's OK!

I am HERE, we take one day at a time, we do our best.

Be KIND to yourself.

Keep showing up to the good routine, even when it's hard.

Pick easier routines, do LESS intense workouts, take a break from OVER TRACKING your macros, relax a bit!

Watch this video for peace of mind, and come OVER post a comment here, or TAG me on instagram!
