Welcome to my Beginner's Build Your Body Program!

Don't know where to start? Try this program!

This beginner friendly Fitness video routine will strengthen your muscles, improve coordination and increase your mind-muscle connection.

The workouts in the playlist repeat 3 times, which means you're repeating each training session to grow stronger and progress properly. Random working out with no structure is inefficient.

Take note of how you feel and how your body adapts with each repetition! It's amazing what consistent training can do and now you're working with a system that will build a solid fitness foundation.

This Build Your Body Program feature the following workouts

  • Warmup routine

  • Golfer's routine 1, 2 & 3 (full body reboot routines)

  • Superset Legs, Pelvic Floor & Back

  • Full Body Blast

Different ways for how to follow the program

  1. Start with workout day 1 for your first training day, then day 2 for workout day 2, complete all 12 workouts within one month.

  2. If you're advanced you can use the workouts as warmups for your tougher training plan.

  3. For more intense workouts, progress with the Full Body Blast 1-3 times per week combined with the Superset Legs, Pelvic Floor & Back routine 1-3 times per week for 2-4 weeks.

  4. The 10 minutes workout commitment is to support you who do not have more time to set apart for fitness training.

  5. You can combine the warmup workouts with other training videos too, you're limitless and you can't do wrong!

  6. You can use the bonus book program FD7 included for an alternative routine.

Set a goal to complete a total of 12 workouts in total within 4 weeks!
