As your coach and trainer I share my real life experiences with you to give you a clear insight into what it takes to stay strong and maintain a healthy lifestyle routine.

I've noticed there is a lot of misunderstanding about how to adapt training sessions to new work routines.

When I meet you on my one on one coach calls my perspective and sharing helps you come to realization that you might feel like you're not doing enough or not living up to your own fitness training ideals.

Since you are not training with me in person it's easy to end up believing in idealistic nutrition upkeep and to always train like a beast.

This is why I take the time to record my coach talks for you! You need a reminder about what matters and how to find a way to seize the training day, the way I do for myself.

I don't campaign for you about a fitness lifestyle that does not exist or is only found in bodybuilding fairytales or outdated fitness competition aspiration dreams...

I film for you to document what is actually going on in my day to day practice.
