It’s really SEIZE the training day! On today’s nature walk I had my mind filled with thoughts about my escaping from doing my work tasks and to do lists for building my website, edit and adjust my services, promote it, keep up with it and making the Fighterdiet recipe app into a book.I processed my stress during the walk + completing 10 min laughter meditation on that walk, I came to clarity about what I gotta do: I I can’t procrastinate the tasks only  I can do, I gotta find the peace and quiet necessary to have joy in the work. it’s really fun work for me to pick pictures, add descriptions, set up domains, and add booking appointments for clients, to expand and grow my business, but not when I’m juggling too many areas. Lately I’ve been heavily working on social media for myself and for my sister, while not having any work peace for my own domains. I’m relocating my business too to Europe and sweden, it’s all that paperwork and appointments and getting my business set up. I’ve been living in USA for 20 years, this is chapter 4 in my different country living; sweden, Los Angeles, Miami back to LA now Scandinavia. It takes time to start from nothing and go from here, been there done that many times so I give myself grace. And understanding. The main reason I promote on social media is to be discovered by potential clients, like you here.If I don’t post I am not seen.I rely on my organic reach to be visible in feeds, it’s time consuming and eats up my hours. I meet my one on one clients online and that’s time spent on individuals who I love to work with and build relationships for a happy and healthy life and self relationship. I’ve been having more clients join my laughter yoga during our calls too and it’s amazing to laugh together! I truly truly love that connection.I love my work, I love what I do. I just feel overwhelmed with the volume of daily things I want to complete and I’m not finding myself go to the desktop and focus without a daily upkeep of all the self promotion. I come in here happily and post in my private community, I feel no pressure or anxiety or stress from this. It’s my outlet, my oasis. But what if nobody knows I’m here? Then it won’t be a community of happy women who love to be themselves and enjoy life with this place to stay in touch with. So, to keep a long story less long, I’m taking a week off from posting my self promotion updates on social media, I need to build my website and organize all I offer with my mind body happy life subscription.I’ll feel much  less overwhelmed when it’s been done to represent my current fitness wellness healthy eating mindset self relationship coach & trainer life.I know I’ll find new energy with that cloud no longer over me of GOTTA DO pressure. Then, I have my 500 recipes to turn into a book project. I see it as a closing chapter on Fighterdiet as in “a fitness body diet” so it becomes what it truly is: a way of eating for a healthy body, dance to the rhythm of hunger & appetite and understand the intervals of feast & fasting to find ones healthy body for a happy healthy life. These nutrition consultations I offer clients are much more oriented about how to stop starving and start eating + learn your own way of it than it ever was in tracking calories or count macros. I’m glad Fighterdiet is finally going to be ITSELF; the freedom from all diets, it’s the one diet that fights diet culture, it focuses on the mind to master the body not the mind policeing the body. I’m planning on one week to at least get going with most of my website, to add more of my life philosophy in wellness and strength training that’s about real fitness life living rather than keep overdoing workouts for no benefits. To you all who support my presence Here, I’m forever grateful for all the help you give me by spreading the word to your friends and post about your mind and body training with me.It means the world to me!Thank you for being here!-coach Pauline  Hello, superstars!This is my first note taker Ai app where I'm gonna have the way to give you tips, fitness, healthy, eating, training. So right now, I want to share my upcoming leg day routine. I've been training heavy and built up strength in my squat and my Nordic curls for the last two months, and now I notice that I kind of don't look forward to cardio, and I know that I need to train some kind of intense cardio to keep my vo2 Max, and that matters to me. So what I'm gonna do when I return to training now is to do my 90 second squats with speed, as in, not going slow and eccentric, and then use the max amount of weight I can do with that 90 seconds, and then I'm going to build it up to 10 sets of squats. And the reason why I have it 90 seconds, it's like running a 400 meter sprint, so I can kind of push it. I want to see what happens to my leg size with that. It means that the total load is going to be greater, but the absolute load on the bar is going to be less. I feel much safer in knees and hips and pretty much my lower back too. When I reduce the weight and then go for more speed. I love the pump it gives me for Nordic curls, that is my mainstay, instead of deadlifts. And I'm working on 10 sets of that, doing different eccentrics, different poor man glute, hem rays versions and so on. So in my current schedule, where I train legs twice a week, I also have my dedicated glute training, and I want to share with that with you. I've been building up with glute thrust, bilateral glute thrust with band, and I do the band to stop hyperextension on the top. And I've been doing five sets up with 220 pounds and with excellent form, but I feel that when I do the sets of 15-20, it's much tougher. That means I want to use that to have less absolute weight and work harder. So coming back now, I'm gonna do my higher rep training and put that into my weekly routine. 10 sets, I'm building that up. My glute extension power needs to be worked on. I have a lot of hip strength to improve on, especially an extension in my glute training, I have my banded fire hydrants that I got bored of and did the laying down on chest, back and forth move With my flexed knee and hip or actually extended, but that got bored of that too. So now I'm gonna do the clam and also do clam walk, gorilla style with band, alternating left and right, and that too with band. My point with this is to let yourself have fun with the training. I am no way interested in hearing my own body shaming like a bodybuilder all those years of never being really happy, always too skinny or too scrawny when I'm lean, I feel too thin. When I'm fatter, then I feel too big, then that's something wrong. So no matter what, right, never happy, and I'm over that. I think it's ridiculous. I train for the Fit feeling, and I period eyes the way I train. I've been training heavy for a while. Not all the time.I never quit. I just find a new way periodization, like an athlete without a sport but a life to live!And when I feel that, when I look at my body, or I, you know, take photos or film, and I know that I am lean and I am dense and I am so called thin, but pound for pound, I'm muscular, and if I'm not, it doesn't matter anyway, this is what I tell myself, here’s my point. I am over letting my mind think even have an opinion about how my body looks. I live healthy. I train focused, I enjoy my day. That always wins. I am not an on and off, yo yo, diet person. I am consistent because I love it. So with that said, I want you to kind of get a feeling of my intuitive and flexible strength training philosophy so now you know what I'm doing. I would love to know, what are you challenging yourself with? What are your hiccups? Or do you just go for walks? LOOK at what my directions stated on the tub of FighterDiet collagen & superfoods. 

That was the POBO effect I teach you I wanted to iron in. 

My supplement line was very popular and I wanted to sell only LEGIT products, not push product with a business mentality of “whatever fad I can profit off, not my fault if the fools buy it”. 

I think it was 2014 or 2015 I started my line, then built my greens powder up with collagen peptides because that was when in THEORY & in those studies I read SEEMED to actually be promising. 

I supped with it myself, I kept up my own practice of every day all little good choices add up, without harming me, why not try? 

I thought, if I don’t try it I can’t criticize it, so I truly wanted to FEEL a difference in joint pains, in recovery etc. 

I had great hair, nails & good knees before I added collagen to my routine, nothing IMPROVED from adding it. 

Other people buying my products RAVED about it, KEPT PRAISING it, pretty much sent me those “ a miracle happened I found THE GOD in a scoop a day!” testimonials ALL BUSINESS OWNERS & BRANDS LOVE & NEED to stand out, to have an edge, to be competitive and WIN customers. 

I get it! I’m no idiot. I know how to PUSH product and have you INVEST. 

But in 2019 I started to feel MAD at this practice, I felt embarrassed to stand there talking about what I KNEW wouldn’t BE “the thing” that lead to a true self and life transformation, so then HOW COULD I WASTE MY TIME just to make a living? 

That’s why I chose to upset a whole lot of customers and why I was a nightmare (and can be) for any supplement brand including my own to WORK WITH, because….

 I just can’t help my NEED to be REAL. 

Do I use supplements? Oh yeah !

Do I recommend supplements? YES!

Would I want to get a share of my recommendations and taking my time to talk about them? YES!

I just don’t want to tie my own NAME to anything and then have to keep selling even if/when I KNOW it’s not what it’s touted to be. 

I refuse to be paid off to be silent. 

So yeah, that’s why I am choosy and picky with anything I PROMOTE. 

That’s why I say:

“I use this, it’s not “the best of the best”, it comes from the SAME provider of raw materials and produced in a manufacturing plant that also sells the same formulas under other brands which means ALL are equal, my name on it doesn’t make it MORE “the best” than the other one. 

This is why I say “this is what I use, but if you live on the other side of the planet” I just don’t FEEL it’s worth the cost and waste to ship it ALLOVER in a plane or a ship to YOU when you can buy similar things locally. 

If you want my name on it to feel better about it, then just use a fat marker pen and add “ PAULINE NORDIN” on it!

8 MIN HIIT in laughter every morning is my daily routine. 

You need that in your life. 

I started meditation November 2019 to MANAGE my anger with people for not believing in themselves and keep quitting which meant wasting MY TIME committing to them in my work as fitness coach. 

That commitment I made turned into my life passion, I had no idea it would become my bodybuilding of my mind in a self awareness way I never saw coming. 

You see, I was just like you terrified of knowing myself beyond the intellect I cherished so much, also known as one’s EGO. 

My whole life my top priority was always to be happy no matter what, so naturally I got tired of my anger and started daily Meditation just to never ever QUIT, but evolve and expand in it. 

I did not see that coming. 

I was built strong minded myself before I started to be mindful. 

“There are no strong bodies created under the supervision pv weak minds” was and is one of my quotes I wrote long long time ago  to motivate myself with. 

Happiness is a skill and I teach you how to start your every day with joy.

Welcome to my new K.I.S.S category in the Fighterdiet app!

So basic, so simple, even my cat could cook it.

When I make my meals I love to have all freedom, no rules.

I love to skip all unnecessary steps that waste time and effort.

I like to measure up only what requires a little bit of precision, and just forget about the rest!

Looking at glamorous, professional meal shots I know took hours of work in cooking, presenting, photo lighting, then post editing to make the shots pop just exhausts me, I get tired by thinking about the whole production just to snap a sexy looking nutritious meal for ME, the observer.

The funny thing is, I love my ‘UGLY MEALS’, the ones that never end up in a food magazine like Bon Appetit, because they don’t look like super food models!

My kind of eats are food body shamed, always too real, too authentic, too easy, too REAL for people who eat only with their eyes but forget that’s not how you eat to feel satisfied when you also want to have a healthy BODY!

I love to eat, I love to eat BIG, so HUGE portions everyone comes around to just look at my super size POBO dinner & desserts and then ask ‘are you really gonna eat ALL THAT all by YOURSELF?’. 

YEAH BABY you bet I am and I’m gonna be so stuffed and merry, and then happy when I wake up LEAN, not starting my day with REGRETS about my choices the day before that result in my Mood TODAY.

In my meditation the other day it just came to me: I want THIS to be my new chapter in my Fighterdiet Life. I’m just NOT interested in anything larger than life anymore! I truly LOVE to eat healthy and not count calories or macros or having to drag around a food scale to make sure I know every little thing.

That’s my point: I don’t NEED to know every little thing when I’m LIVING what I love and PREACH. Freedom, enjoying my healthy food, knowing my moderations by being present, not consciously ignorant about the snacks I pretend did not happen. 

I’ve learned a thing about my own nature and I really want you to experience it too, my way: The more I trust myself in my daily choices, the LESS I rebel against the good ones I want to make.

SO…. Today I’m writing my first ‘K.I.S.S’ recipes for my clients that are really FREE STYLE. You’ll feel anxious about the lack of details and my way of just writing out the EASY steps for you.

I won’t even make a nice photo of the dish, no, I’m gonna just feature the KEY ingredient and make that the main star, instead of having to ‘dress it up’ to look super foody enough for US to show interest.

It’s HIGH TIME for vegetables and other whole foods to shine without having to look like all the others of the same kind of plant.

It’s ABOUT TIME to let vegetables, fruits and all other Mother Nature’s real foods LOOK like they were never told they have to LOOK like candy, not just TASTE like it. 

I’m stoked and excited about my food adventure.

Everyone should know how to take care of your healthy body without having to outsource the complicated work to someone else, that’s why I am taking the role as your LEADER in how to LOVE your healthy DIET so you never LEAVE your healthy diet!

Peanut butter in abundance! 

Yeah! Things change! 

FighterDiet made staying shredded so easy and enjoyable it became A ROUTINE. 

You might think that achieving one’s life goal of maintaining a super lean body forever guarantees you that you will live on with that feeling of satisfaction forever…

It gets monotonous, you’ll take it for granted, it will not be an allure you care to keep up until you die! 

So many of you feel defeated for not having achieved your “maintaining”, that’s why I want you to realize EVEN IF you do you might not care for it as much! 

My point is, you gotta want to enjoy your daily diet and be prepared to be shocked that one day you care less about what you ALWAYS dreamed of or worked for. 

I love my peanut butter abundance right now, I’m allowing myself to eat more than needed and just enjoy being a bit fatter! 

I find this to be excellent mindset & self awareness practice for me, to accept the price to pay for my daily various nut butters overload is PERFECT training for my mind! 

I’d be embarrassed if I let myself stress about my abs go hiding while I loved to just LIVE with no limitations in how much I can eat and how often and why. 

Now I just love to eat, train to gain & look at my body SIZING UP, I never HAD a love for that before, how ironic I was and am ino  body BUILDING, and gaining muscle! 

“Just gaining lean, never see it on the scale, there I must see it to drop or I freak out” 🙄☺️😂❤️🦅☠️

You gotta ASK to GET WHAT you WANT! 

Practice this self care routine today: 

You gotta have courage to ask for help or guidance, not beat around the bush. 

You must be uncomfortable too, you go where the answers are given, not where you want them to miraculously show up. 

When you want to succeed at your goals and use your time instead of wasting it by not taking up space for yourself, DO AS I TELL YOU! 

The universe won’t just hand it to you if you’re too scared to even ask a question to someone like me. 

Being self conscious or have low self esteem are no reasons to STAY weak; you can TRAIN TO GAIN STRENGTH by subjecting yourself to regular consistent work. 

That’s just like how you build your strong muscles so..you think your body has the interest and life time to WAIT FOREVER for your mind to get over yourself?

Your MIND is the only thing you need to MASTER. 

I practice my HIIT every morning, it’s 8 min of laughter. 

Everything in my life is simply a matter of my perspective, the way I see what happens TO me or FOR me is in my control. 

The greatest self investments I made in my life I KEPT & keep: Building my Body, and chiseling my MIND.

There’s no end to my being, I’m water, I take up different forms, there’s no way to be un-been, I just become, and become again. 

The best tip I can offer you today is…DO start meditation, I know you don’t believe you need it, or want it, you are probably scared of letting go the way I was too….

But by surrendering you FIND your true self and that’s just PURE BLISS.

Today I take my leg progress photo, hope I see something bigger, and then I organize my workout video playlists, and then..it’s yoga nidra, full body stretch & self massage and FOREST WALK in silence just to listen to the birds and forget all worries!

Today I'm waiting for part 1 to finish uploading to my body scale, weight loss, fat loss lessons, but here is part 2!

It's last day of June today, half year is gone... time flies!

I'm determined to gain muscle and gain size over here, it means I accept fat gain and don't let myself be a pity party princess about it.

It's IMPORTANT to not focus on your 'trouble spot' and let that one guide you on what to do in your building life.

I'm really excited about having a BIGGER body! I know I can get leaner again another time but if I was holding on to that shredded body I made by my discipline and Fighterdiet, I'd never gain any more muscle size at all!
