Even BREAK_FAST has it included in the term for the first meal or protein SHAKE you consume after hours of not eating.Ā
If you call it DINNER and itās the first meal in your order of eating bouts then thatās the break of the fast.Ā
No matter how you turn and twist your way of eating you end up having to follow a system.
A fasting window between 9-8 got me means 11 hours.Ā
I donāt hold on to that rule of hours thinking itās the magic, itās just the way I get to enjoy my 2MAD, aka protein shake in the mid am and dinner + dessert late at night.Ā

If youāre an athlete who trains hours a day, youāre a competitor, then fasting all day long is unwise unless youāre making weight for a fight.Ā
If you keep on regaining and losing the same 5 lbs WHILE youāre on 16H fast regimen per day, then go look at my sketch about that caloric deficit youāre not in.
Fasting is simply a way to not eat all day long which makes it really tough to aware to a calorie budget intended to lean you out.Ā
Case in point about the crazy fact you sure can GAIN MUSCLE, GAIN STRENGTH AND GAIN FAT eating only one or two meals a day, isnāt that the traditional way of sumo wrestlers nutrition strategies? Correct me if Iām wrong!Ā
For me, FASTING serves as a mindful self mastery & self discipline practice: to me itās a must to control my human nature, to know how to handle operate in a dietary environment with temptations everywhere.Ā

I never want to be a weak little Barbie princess who canāt handle not having food for a day, I keep my cool under stress and pressure.Ā
Self reliance & self control are essential skills I expect from my mind to be equipped with. I think highly of that.Ā
My liver keeps my glucose in perfect range, it regulates it with ease from my daily way of life I CHOOSE to live.Ā
Iām grateful that I donāt have diabetes or a medical condition that requires me to eat 8 small meals a day.

I love that I can use very little weight and FEEL itās very challenging, what a blessing I can train safer because Iām working on perfection of HOW I move and lift.Ā

Iād hate to keep doing TONS of Volume of sets, too heavy loads for allowing me to return to a similar session within days, not have to recuperate a whole week!Ā

When I make my meals I love to have all freedom, no rules.
I love to skip all unnecessary steps that waste time and effort.
I like to measure up only what requires a little bit of precision, and just forget about the rest!
Looking at glamorous, professional meal shots I know took hours of work in cooking, presenting, photo lighting, then post editing to make the shots pop just exhausts me, I get tired by thinking about the whole production just to snap a sexy looking nutritious meal for ME, the observer.
The funny thing is, I love my āUGLY MEALSā, the ones that never end up in a food magazine like Bon Appetit, because they donāt look like super food models!
My kind of eats are food body shamed, always too real, too authentic, too easy, too REAL for people who eat only with their eyes but forget thatās not how you eat to feel satisfied when you also want to have a healthy BODY!
I love to eat, I love to eat BIG, so HUGE portions everyone comes around to just look at my super size POBO dinner & desserts and then ask āare you really gonna eat ALL THAT all by YOURSELF?ā.Ā
YEAH BABY you bet I am and Iām gonna be so stuffed and merry, and then happy when I wake up LEAN, not starting my day with REGRETS about my choices the day before that result in my Mood TODAY.
In my meditation the other day it just came to me: I want THIS to be my new chapter in my Fighterdiet Life. Iām just NOT interested in anything larger than life anymore! I truly LOVE to eat healthy and not count calories or macros or having to drag around a food scale to make sure I know every little thing.
Thatās my point: I donāt NEED to know every little thing when Iām LIVING what I love and PREACH. Freedom, enjoying my healthy food, knowing my moderations by being present, not consciously ignorant about the snacks I pretend did not happen.Ā
Iāve learned a thing about my own nature and I really want you to experience it too, my way: The more I trust myself in my daily choices, the LESS I rebel against the good ones I want to make.
SOā¦. Today Iām writing my first āK.I.S.Sā recipes for my clients that are really FREE STYLE. Youāll feel anxious about the lack of details and my way of just writing out the EASY steps for you.
I wonāt even make a nice photo of the dish, no, Iām gonna just feature the KEY ingredient and make that the main star, instead of having to ādress it upā to look super foody enough for US to show interest.
Itās HIGH TIME for vegetables and other whole foods to shine without having to look like all the others of the same kind of plant.
Itās ABOUT TIME to let vegetables, fruits and all other Mother Natureās real foods LOOK like they were never told they have to LOOK like candy, not just TASTE like it.Ā
