Today's workout: banded feet glute workout
The band around your feet makes the whole difference!
Use bands that allow range of motion more than 2 inches!
You'll realize how tough these are once you try them!
If you train more than 10 minutes, here are my suggestions:
10 x 30 sec sets
or
5 x 45 sec sets
Or Superset with the banded alternating glute extensions in a standing position, see it in the video of the day coming up soon for Burning Glutes: first do the glute sets with abduction followed by 5 x 30 sec of alternating glute extensions.Â
