Hello Superstars!

Thank you for spreading the word about my Fighterdiet.com membership and my coaching platform, I am VERY grateful.

Today I recorded a FODMAP lessons including food intolerances and how to set up a meal plan to help digestive issues.

I also recorded a 10 min muscle yoga glute workout and a 10 min seated humming meditation because I needed one today for myself this monday morning.
