What brought me to where I am now professionally?
I saw Arnold Scwarzenegger on a cover of a fitness model magazine walking by a magazine store.
I instantly knew it was the path I need to take to stop starving myself and start building myself up.
I wanted to become a famous fitness model and go live my life in sunny California.
I committed my life to fitness from that moment, my goal was to solve the diet problem of how to build muscle and burn fat with ease and maintain my lean body for life.
That became Fighterdiet. I solved the diet problem by making the diet problem the diet program.
I served as the fitness trainer and coach in the Swedish version of The Biggest Loser.

It's good to take note of your sets, reps and resistance used, but it can definitely become a killer of fitness joy if you do it all the time.
I rely on my memory in my training, I take note of my most important lifts to compare sessions to sessions.
Some times I have no interest, or no time, and then I simply skip doing it.
I refuse to live my life taking notes of all I do when I want to LIVE the LIFE today!
I feel so amazing knowing I can trust the feeling and effort I put in in my training, I recommend you start relying your self knowledge you too!
So, when you are burnt out from having to write down things that won't stop being your daily chore, skip all writing and just go at it for the day. That’s the beauty of not being married to a stuck plan, if it doesn’t work out what do I do? I just enjoy what I can do instead of feeling defeated!
It's so nice have that freedom!
Some days you don’t have motivation or can’t do what you do. Injuries strike. Life happens.
That’s when you realize it’s unwise to build your training routine on quic ksand….with neglected work you need to do or you’ll be out of commission for too long.
My point is...less writing down 'what I do' and being more in the movement!
I've trained since feb 20, 1999. I've had enough of years of tracking sets, reps and everything in between. I love training and I know how to trust my efforts, the results are visible, and I can feel the effect!
It's up to you how you want to live your training life, but for me, the less I write the more I enjoy the DO!
To stay fit for life vary your workout routine, periodize your training volume and take regular breaks from intense bodybuilding sessions.
To stay motivated choose workouts you're excited about and set up various goals for strengthening your weaknesses. This is how you train to build a well-built physique.
Strength training requires attention to details in proper technique and consistent practice thereof.
It's important to stay humble and focus on observing how you lift. Many injuries strike due to poor mobility and lack of knowledge! You might have trained for years, but if you keep hitting plateaus in your strength gains and keep getting pains and aches in the same spots, forcing you to take time off, then it's time to evaluate your fitness routine to grow stronger and more muscular than ever.
